General lost property items are kept for a maximum period of two weeks. After this time, all reusable clothing and other suitable items will be donated to charity. 

Valuable items such as phones, wallets, watches, personal card and keys are stored onsite for three months before being provided to NSW Police with the exception of personal cards, these will be distroyed. 

For health and safety purposes, the following items will not be stored on site:

• Sanitary products
• Food
• Hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, soaps and deodorants)
• Underwear
• Drink bottles (kept for 24 hours before disposal)

Waves accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen belongings as per the venues conditions of entry.

If you have lost an item within the venue, please complete the form below. If your item is found, you will be contacted within 7 days by a member of our team. You will have 48 hours from the date of contact to collect the item or it will be returned to lost property. 

Note: Due to the high amount of lost property requests we received, you will only receive a response from staff if your item is located.
