Reformer Pilates
Reform Pilates is a whole body 45minute guided workout. It's designed to improve strength and boost flexibility, balance, posture and coordination.
The reformer is a bed-like machine that moves back and forward and features functionalities (i.e. springs) to increase resistance as you work out. Whether you’re looking for something new to try, a workout to complement other styles of training or recovering from injury, Reform Pilates offers something for everyone.

- Bookings are required. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

Who is Reformer Pilates For?
In a nutshell-everyone! It is a low impact style of resistance training meaning there is minimal impact on joints. There are a vast number of benefits from exercising using the Pilates reformer beds but to list a few:

What about special conditions and injuries?
It is always recommended that you seek medical advice from your general practitioner before you embark on any exercise regime. Provided you have medical clearance, reformer Pilates is suitable for many conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, elevated blood pressure, pregnancy or musculoskeletal conditions. We strongly advise that you inform your instructor of any such conditions or concerns at the beginning of the class so they can best cater for your specific needs.
What happens if I can't attend?
Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours prior. There is no refund however, we can happily credit your missed class for a future class
How early am I required to be at class?
Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to a class, especially if you are brand new to Reformer Pilates training
Strictly no late arrivals will be accepted into the class.
