Boxing
Group training class, with exercises that focus on burning calories with low impact on joints. This class is for all levels of fitness and boxing experience, using boxing equipment with an experienced and motivated instructor, who will be hands on and focus on pad training throughout the entire class. This class is an excellent way to release stress and have fun!
