Hire our party room to hold your kid's birthday party at waves. A birthday pool party at Waves is fun for the kids and easy for the parents!

Room Hire is available on Saturdays and Sundays for 2 hours for a minimum of 10 people to a maximum of 20 people, inclusive of children and adults.  

  • 11.30am - 1.30pm
  • 2:30pm - 4:30pm

 

Planning a party at Waves is easy!

  • Simply book your party at Waves and we will send you a party invite template to send to your invitees.
  • Catering is available for your party. For catering, please email the café at wavescafe44@gmail.com once your party date has been confirmed.

 

Non-Booked Parties

Non-booked birthday parties are not permitted at the Centre. The use of the Cabana areas are shared public space and not for birthday parties/private use.

 

How much is it to book a Birthday Party?

$166 for room hire that is required to be paid to secure your booking. 

Party Guests (payable on the day of your party)

  • $6.80 entry per child
  • $8.80 per Adult Swimming 
  • $3.80 entry per spectator

 

What will I have to pay for on the party day?

You will pay reception for entry for the children and spectators.

You will pay the Café for your food.

 

How do I book the room?

All our bookings are handled by our Bookings Administrator. Please submit a request form with your preferred dates and we will be in touch.

Formally submitting an enquiry form is the only way to enquire about available dates. We are unable to provide dates over the phone or by email without a formal booking request as availability changes quickly and we do not hold dates.

How do I make my deposit payment?

Once you have a confirm date from our bookings administrator you will be required to pay your deposit immediately to secure the booking. 

You can pay over the phone with a credit card or alternatively, if you are a member or have a login to our portal, you can enter your financial details and we can process payment from the card you have on file. 

 

How do I organise Catering?

You can email our Café on wavescafe44@gmail.com for all your catering needs.

 

Can I bring my own food?

The Centre has a no commercial food policy. You are unable to bring external food into the venue, even for a birthday party.

You can bring a cake, and some lolly bags. All other catering must go through the Café.

 

 

How long is the hire period?

You will be allocated the Party Room for a two-hour timeslot. You are required to vacate the room completely by the end of your allocated time so the next booking can prepare for their party. 

You and your party guests are welcome to stay after the party finishes, so long as they are supervised as per the centres Keep Watch Supervision Guidelines.

 

Do I get a party host?

No.

There is no party host and we do not have an option to have a party host. Please see our friendly team member on arrival to organise your payment and entry to the room.

 

What if my party details need adjusting?

All bookings are handled by our bookings administration team. Any change request or change to details or your booking must be emailed to waves@thehills.nsw.gov.au
