Boost your child’s swimming skills with our intensive learn to swim program.

It's a great alternative for anyone who cannot attend weekly lessons or to assist the regular weekly swimmer in perfecting the skills required to progress to the next level.

  • For children aged 3 years or over.
  • 1 x 30-minute lesson - timeslots available between 8am and 11am.
  • 4 or 5 consecutive day programs (excl. public holidays). Note - You are unable to only enrol into part of a week. 
  • Attend one or both weeks of the holidays.

Cost 

  • 4-day program – $88.00
  • 5-day program – $110.00

 

How do I pay for the program

Swim School Intensive program is required to be paid upfront upon booking.

There is no cancellation for the intensive program and there are no refunds for monies paid in advance.

Program Structure and Assessments

Your class may change dependent on the assessments held on the first day. Students will be moved to a class with students of similar ability allowing us to best focus on developing those skills. 

We highly recommend allowing a reasonable amount of time between your original allocated lesson time and other activities to allow for the likely time change to your lesson as we are unable to refund if the time change does not suit. 

You will be informed by email if any changes need to be made for the remainder of the week, during the evening of the first day

 

Do I have to book for the full week

Yes, the intensive program is a course that runs for consecutive days.

The Swim School does not offer make-up lessons, practice passes or credits for missed intensive lessons.

 

Can I cancel if I've booked into the course?

There are no cancellations for intensive lessons. There is no refund for the lesson, monies paid will go into credit to be used later.

If you are enrolled into a regular lesson, you will still come as normal. If you are unable to attend your regular lessons you can notify your absence in line with the programs missed lesson policy, The only exception to this is if your normal class is at the exact same time as your intensive lesson. 

Do I need to stay while my child has their lesson?

Parents are not permitted to leave children under the age of 10 unaccompanied at any time while they are in the Centre, including during a Swimming Lesson.

Children must always be accompanied by a guardian 16 years or over.

 

How do I enrol into the Intensive Course

Follow the link to the bookings page from the opening date listed above in the program dates. 

If you are NOT currently enrolled in our program, 

  1. Navigate to Expression of interest page
  2. Select to complete, read the details. 
  3. Select complete and log into your account.
  4. Select or add your child(ren) and click next
  5. Complete the Ability Questionnaire to the best of your knowledge for your child(ren). 
  6. Process your $0.00 payment to submit your questionnaire for assessment. 
  7. Our assessors will process your questionnaire(s), Once processed you will receive an email to proceed to book.

 

If you are currently enrolled in our program,

  1. Navigate to the bookings page.
  2. Select the appropriate category
  3. Use the filters to find the class you wish to book.
  4. Complete the Terms and Conditions Agreement
  5. Process payment to complete your enrolment.
